  What the….. Food, the “rice-noodles” 米粉 is that rice or noodle?

 Well, it’s a kind of noodle made out of rice, the rice noodle can be describe as the instant noodle of ancient times,


it is made as  emergency food supply for evacuation upon wars, it’s light to carry and easy to cook with.

Fried rice-noodles has developed all kind of formation recipes over the year and spread all over Asia society, the ones you see in Singapore ,Vietnam differs from each other and is also different from what you may see in Taiwan, but they each have their own charm.Taiwanese rice-noodles come in two categories: stir-fried rice noodles and soup rice noodles , soup rice noodles are often thicker when stir-fried ones are thin as strings, stir-fried rice noodles are normally mixed with carrots ,bean-sprouts ,dried mushroom, shredded Chinese cabbage and stir-fried with house sauce of the chef to present its most unique flavor.

Fried rice-noodles are more often seen around vendors around temples, and also can be found in night markets, quick, make your way to Taiwan and get yourself some great tasting rice-noodles!
