Braised dishes 滷味 !

“LOU” sauce is the kind of a foundation to all braised dishes, with the secret recipes of its own, every store presents its signature food after braising it in the “LOU” sauce!

“LOU” sauce is originally develop to preserve food for long trips, the concept has now become an easy way to serve side dishes in various types.
Braised dishes can be served hot or cold, with hot ones you get “LOU” sauce to come along and boil whatever you choose from, and with cold ones you can add on some Taiwanese pickles and spring onion provided to bring out and complement the taste of original ingredients.
